Usui Reiki Training

This is the introductory level, where students will learn the history and principles of Reiki, along with basic hand positions for self-treatment and treating others. This trauma-informed class will emphasize safety, grounding, and personal boundaries while exploring Reiki principles such as compassion, non-judgment, and self-awareness. You will receive your first Reiki attunement, opening energy channels and connecting you to Reiki energy in a supportive and empowering environment.

In this Trauma-Informed level, students will learn more advanced techniques, including the use of symbols to focus and enhance Reiki energy. You will also be taught how to send distant Reiki healing and deepen your self-healing practice. This training will introduce grounding techniques, self-regulation tools, and ways to hold space for others healing while maintaining your own energetic boundaries. The second attunement takes place during this level, strengthening your connection to Reiki energy.

This is the Master-level training, where students are initiated into the Reiki Master lineage. This trauma-informed training will emphasize creating a safe and supportive environment, teaching you how to honor personal boundaries and hold space for others' healing journeys with compassion and care. You will receive the third attunement, activating your ability to pass on Reiki energy to others. Additionally, you will learn advanced Reiki techniques, including how to give attunements to new students and work with complex or sensitive healing situations while maintaining a trauma-informed approach.

This Master Teacher-level training will empower you to pass on the Reiki tradition through a trauma-informed lens. You’ll learn how to guide attunements, create a safe and supportive learning environment, and teach with compassion and care. The training will emphasize honoring personal boundaries, recognizing trauma responses, and supporting students in their healing journeys with integrity and respect.
